Job Title: Product Marketing Executive
Department: Henry Schein Dental Marketing
Reports To: Product & eCommerce Marketing Manager
Location: Based 1-2 days per week in the office at Gillingham, Kent.
Overview:
Reporting to the Campaign Marketing Manager, the main role will be to drive sales of our vast dental product portfolio for Henry Schein Ireland, and One Schein group, across our all-marketing channels; both digital and traditional.
This is a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts in a great marketing team. You will need to have both a creative mind and be able to manage and manipulate data plus be able to multi-task and manage campaigns without compromising on deadlines or accuracy. Experience of marketing is essential, plus a technical ability, creative flair and relationship building skills.

As part of this role, you be required to:
Day to day activities will include:
Manage, create, maintain, and handle the internal processes and systems including uploading data and promotions to the sales system and website.
Liaison with purchasing to ensure that our buying dovetails with marketing plans.
Dealing with price and margin queries from the sales team and competitor analysis.
Developing strong relationships with our key suppliers, managing regular meetings, presenting all marketing activities undertaken to demonstrate the ROI, producing the minutes, and ensuring that all agreed marketing actions are implemented in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Working closely with the Marketing Executive(s), Marketing Assistant and Digital Marketing team to prepare marketing reports as required including ROI on campaigns and promotional activity and supplier sales.
Understand the market and industry conditions and to be able to work with category Managers on strategy and comms.
Work collaboratively with One Schein key stakeholders including all members of the Marketing team, HS brand, EMEA teams, Business Heads, Sales, and Telesales teams, BioHorizons Camlog, Optident, SOE, Dentally, Optident and key external suppliers, to add value to our customer proposition.
Manipulate sales data and analyse marketing activity and highlight the findings.
Prepare, raise, and send invoices to suppliers for various marketing related activities.
Keeping all our marketing schedules up to date and raise invoices monthly for all rebates and marketing activities undertaken.
Working closely with our sales teams to:
Communicate upcoming marketing activities.
Run vendor day activity, maximising both our sales and commissions by providing the telesales teams with the right offers at the right time.
Support the Marketing Assistant to
Manage the administration of the advertising programme for the team, ensuring no deadlines are missed, keeping our schedule up-to-date and negotiating with suppliers to secure best pricing.
Managing the briefing of Journal adverts
Logging and raising Purchase Orders
In addition:
The role will also require you to understand the tasks for supporting the Marketing Assistant
Involvement and assistance with any other marketing activities, as and when required.
Attend training courses, exhibitions and seminars as required.
Various monthly administrative tasks.
Be always an enthusiastic team player by always being approachable and helpful to vendors and other departments. Give support to assist team members in other departments, as and when necessary.
Aid the Events team to keep the marketing area tidy and pack materials for events.
Attend external events and exhibitions as directed (infrequent).
Poential Travel to Ireland office.
Job Skills & Experience Required:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:
Essential:
Marketing Experience
Microsoft Excel to intermediate level with experience of data interpretation, manipulation, and interrogation
Creative flair
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Desirable:
Relationship building
HubSpot: landing pages, eShots & social media, Canva, Photoshop, InDesign
Digital Marketing experience
Useful:
QlikView
Salesforce/CRM
Experience of an ERP (Enterprise resource planning) software system, such as JD Edwards or SAP would be helpful.
Meta ads
Education & Qualifications
Educated to degree level, preferably in Marketing or Business.
CIM, IDM or other marketing qualifications would be useful.
Would be required to study and pass the BDIA Introduction to Dentistry course.

This position will be working in an office environment, utilising typical office equipment.
There will be some travel between UK offices.

Marketing Experience
Digitally minded
Experience of data interpretation, manipulation and interrogation and Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced level is essential.
