Main Duties and Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for driving CD Excellence execution across Cambodia & Laos. It ensures deployment of frameworks, capability building, execution governance, and performance tracking across all channels, distributors and agencies to deliver consistent, high-quality market execution.
1. Execution Strategy & Deployment:
• Deploy global and SEA–Indochina CD Excellence frameworks into Cambodia & Laos with flawless execution.
• Translate CD priorities and business strategy into actionable execution playbooks for both markets.
• Lead Perfect Store deployment and ensure consistent scoring & governance across channels.
• Lead APSARA and Champa Project, one of the key selling with purpose program for Cambodia and Laos to deliver business result and impactful toward society.
• Drive geo-expansion execution strategies to unlock incremental coverage and weighted distribution.
2. Execution Governance & Performance Tracking
• Lead execution scorecards: distribution, visibility, pricing, NPD landing, OSA, display.
• Conduct regular market audits across Cambodia & Laos to assess availability, visibility, and compliance.
• Analyze gaps and define corrective action plans with GT, CD, and Distributor and Agency teams.
• Establish and govern an execution performance review routine with both country teams and distributors.
3. Capability Building
• Build distributor and frontline capability through structured training programs (PJP, coverage, sales fundamentals, execution excellence).
• Lead capability assessments and partner with HR on capability development plans.
• Strengthen Field Capability Score (FCS) through coaching & improvement routines.
• Develop and refresh functional Sales Academy materials to maintain consistent training quality.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with Channel to land campaigns and innovations flawlessly in both countries.
• Ensure alignment of execution KPIs, routines, and governance across markets.
• Support Sales & Distributor Operations in embedding execution discipline
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure POSM development meets channel guidelines and execution requirements.
5. Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement:
• Use dashboards & execution tools to translate data into actionable insights.
• Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) & Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for Cambodia & Laos.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to simplify and improve execution processes.
• Lead post-initiative evaluations to capture learnings and build robust execution playbooks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
