Ecolab is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join its industry leading Quick Service Restaurants team. In this position, you will partner with quick-service and limit-service restaurants to improve guest experience, lower operating costs, drive revenue growth and safeguard customer trust. You will provide solutions and expertise to help ensure food safety and brand consistency in local stores and across regional and global chains. You will achieve the sales and profit targets for the assigned accounts and new accounts.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the Corporate Accounts (CA) portfolio ensuring delivery of objectives in terms of growth and exceeding the budget target.
  • Develop customer specific strategies and strong relationships with customers to get deep, high and wide into their organization.
  • Manage portfolio of existing clients, leading customer negotiations and reviews, including contractual terms and conditions, KPI’s, pricing and product mix management, and contract renewals.
  • Work very closely with field teams to ensure commitment delivery at every CA as per agreed contractual KPI's.
  • Drive innovation at CA customer sites with a view to adding value and improving gross margin.
  • Comply with Global reporting requirements in a timely manner. 
  • Follow Corporate protocol and processes for prospecting, structuring deals and gaining approval to allow for final proposal.
  • Develop strong peer networks across field sales, distribution and business support organizations.
  • Act as Ecolab brand ambassador, focused on cleaning and safety, water, sustainability, efficiency and innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a business-to-business field sales environment
  • Experience sales in QSR Business
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong customer service skills and integrity with extraordinary ability to develop relationships with senior customer decision makers within chain accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound commercial business understanding, incl. financial acumen, analytical ability.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to understand what the customer needs.
  • Good organization and planning skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Customer relationship management software, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in dealing with large national and multi-national accounts.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relations at a senior level within customer accounts.
