Responsibilities:
Transformation Delivery & Process Design
- Lead Fit-to-Standard / Fit-Gap workshops, define To‑Be processes, and align with global template/blueprint.
- Translate business needs into EWM functional design, process flows, WRICEF requirements, and solution documentation.
- Consulting customers on the design, optimization, and digitalization of logistics processes in warehouse operations
- Implementation, customizing, and testing – Configure and Delivery EWM End to End Solutions – EWM processes including - warehouse structure, inbound, outbound processes, HU management, RF, storage and resource management, Internal movements, Task and order Management and Value-added Services (VAS)
- Integration of modules with adjacent SAP areas (e.g., TM,MM, LE, PP) as well as non-SAP systems.
- Must have advanced EWM Capabilities: RF Framework, Slotting and Re-arrangement, Cross- docking, Wave Management, Yard Management and MFS integration exposure.
- Managing and leading subprojects or complete project streams
- Leading rollouts, migrations, and go-live activities
- Conducting key user training and ensuring knowledge transfer to internal teams
Your Profile:
- 10+ years of professional experience as an SAP EWM consultant
- Experience of implementing SAP EWM in DC, Manufacturing, Utilities Warehouse
- Deep understanding of end-to-end logistics processes (warehouse, inventory management, transportation management)
- Strong customizing skills in SAP S/4HANA EWM and ideally experience with Decentralized deployment
- Experience in conducting workshops, process modelling, and creating technical specifications
- Knowledge of common integration interfaces (IDoc, BAPI, CIF, web services)
- Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and customer orientation
Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
