Leidos Health & Civil Sector is seeking highly motivated and experienced Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This position directly supports programs which provide a broad array of information, resources, referrals, mental health coaching and specialized support for military members and their families worldwide. These programs are directly responsible for supporting military community quality of life issues.

The Call Center Customer Service Representative provides the critical link to ensure program participants receive vitally important resources and support, toward military readiness and family well-being. This is a customer service role supporting a 24/7 Contact Center using telephonic and chat-based platforms to meet ensure participant satisfaction and appropriate linkages with resources and services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Gathers participant feedback and assess participant satisfaction.
Processes administrative tasks and documents participant interactions and activities into case management system.
Navigates resources, resolves participant concerns, and provides administrative support to call center.
Assists Participants with documentation translation requests.
Takes on other duties and special projects, as requested, based on business needs.
Responsible for ensuring wrap-around follow up to program participants via phone, chat and email.
Acts as a liaison between internal departments, external resources, and network providers.
Provides excellent customer service to stakeholders and participants by providing white glove, personal connections to important information and resources.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and less than 1 year of prior relevant experience.
Strong customer service skills, knowledge of call center operations.
Strong typing and electronic documentation/research skills
Proven proficiency in: Microsoft based tools including Word, Outlook, Excel; Web based research; Electronic Documentation Systems
Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms.
U.S. citizenship required and must speak fluent English.
Ability to pass a criminal history and fingerprint background check and credential review/verification
This position is remote and requires a quiet, private, and confidential space to work from, as well as access to your own reliable high-speed internet, hard-wired to your home or apartment (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home). Using a hotspot from a mobile device (tethering) or a wireless ISP is not acceptable.
