Call Centre Administrator - Aurora
Crescent Oral Surgery is a busy Oral and Maxillofacial surgical clinic with three locations, providing trusted care to our patients. We are currently looking to grow our administrative team in our Aurora location. The successful candidate will serve as our first impression and front-line representative by fielding and directing all incoming telephone calls. This role contributes to the smooth and effective daily operations of our offices and helps to ensure that our patients have the best possible health care experience at Crescent Oral Surgery.
Schedule: Full-time
Monday - Friday
Responsibilities include:
· Responding to incoming calls from patients, referring dental offices and doctors
· Confirming patient appointments and procedures, reviewing pre-operative instructions
· Scheduling appointments for patients, creating patient electronic charts
· Executing Crescent Oral Surgery’s billing and payment processing protocols
· Entering and processing insurance claims on behalf of patients, as well as following up on claims
· Managing incoming information, including distributing information and posting information in patient charts as required
· Other tasks as require from time to time

Qualifications:
·The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of post-secondary education and Dental Administrative background an asset
· Excellent customer service skills; A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or reception role/dental administrator preferred
· A minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience is preferred
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task in a busy team environment
