Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D using CADD software.
Interpret rough sketches, architectural notes, and specifications to produce technical drawings.
Modify and update existing drawings based on design changes and feedback.
Ensure drawings comply with company standards, industry codes, and project specifications.
Coordinate with team members to clarify design details.
Maintain drawing files, records, and documentation in organized digital formats.
Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy and completeness of drawings.
Assist in preparing project documentation, including layouts, sections, elevations, and details.
Support project timelines by meeting deadlines and managing workload effectively.
Required Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in Architecture.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a CADD Operator, Draftsman with hands-on experience in the architectural discipline.
Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and drafting principles.
Knowledge of architectural terminology.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
