Interviews consumer loan applicants over the phone as well as in person. Cross-sells additional products and services to develop new business and increase expand product penetration. If granted, works within set lending authority to make prudent and responsible loan decisions. Informs members of loan decisions including any changes, restrictions and conditions (stipulations). This individual serves member needs for loans and requires technical and analytical product and service knowledge in all loan products. Provides support to and serves as an information resource to staff and management on loan issues. Gives every opportunity to each loan application by researching sources of additional collateral, income or recommending a counter offer to the original loan request whenever possible. Additionally, by understanding the products and services offered the individual will determine the appropriateness of loan products and provide alternatives. The individual actively participates in and is held accountable for the attainment of individual and departmental/organizational goals. The ability to make clear and concise notes at every point of contact is critical for this position.Required Qualifications:

Summary Pay Range
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $25.24 - $29.66.Compensation offered may vary based on skills and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at CEFCU.
