WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Identify and execute new opportunities for revenue growth within the context of chargeback contracts, leveraging market trends and industry insights along with Customer purchasing present and future volumes
  • Identify and address potential risks associated with chargeback contracts, implementing strategies to mitigate and manage contractual risks effectively
  • Foster positive relationships with vendors through effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Lead negotiations with vendors to ensure optimal terms and conditions, maximizing revenue growth opportunities for the organization. Working with our sales team will be key to understanding marketplace conditions and opportunities
  • Create, maintain, and audit chargeback contracts, ensuring compliance with established terms and conditions throughout their life cycle
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for chargeback contract management
  • Conduct continuous reviews to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall contract management effectiveness
  • Collaborate with management to contribute to departmental projects, bringing your expertise to enhance project outcomes

WHAT YOU BRING

You bring a completed Business degree or diploma with a focus in Analytics or Finance, or equivalent work experience, along with three to five years of experience in business or contract analysis. You have experience working in a corporate, public company, or matrixed environment and are highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Access. You understand sales plans and contracts, and you are exceptionally detail-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. You thrive in cross-functional teams, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and are comfortable spending extended periods working at a computer to deliver accurate, data-driven results.

*This position is based in our Niagara-on-the-Lake Corporate Office, and is available for a Hybrid working arrangement

Compensation: The posted range for this position is $60,000 to $67,000 which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc.
