We are looking for a C295 Structure Repair Expert to join the AIS Airplane Business Line. The selected candidate will work in cooperation with the Airbus Defense &Space team and AIS and will be asked to support short term and/or long term missions Worldwide.
As part of a multidisciplinary maintenance team, you will contribute directly to ensuring the operational readiness and airworthiness of LTA (Light Transport Aircraft) fleet, performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks in accordance with Airbus quality, cost, and on-time delivery standards.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary maintenance team to perform assigned scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring aircraft are returned to service safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Accurately document all maintenance activities in the relevant records and systems.
For this B1 position, carry out advanced and complex structure repairs according to technical instructions (Service Bulletins, RESAFs, etc.).
Actively participate in daily work management and coordination meetings, applying Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, with variable workloads and changing priorities.
Take part in training activities to maintain required qualifications and promote continuous professional development.
Contribute to improvement initiatives within the area, proactively proposing ideas and supporting implementation.
Ensure strict adherence to Airbus safety culture and company safety procedures at all times.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Higher Vocational Qualification in Aeronautical Maintenance (TMA) or equivalent.
Experience: relevant experience in LTA aircraft maintenance.
Knowledge and ability to perform structural repairs will be a mandatory requirement.
Understanding of Lean maintenance principles and continuous improvement practices.
Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
LICENCES
Highly desirable Valid B1.
LANGUAGES
Spanish: Professional / negotiation level (minimum C1 level).
