Your Opportunity as an IB-OB Distribution Lead
Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to follow instructions (written & verbal), safely and accurately complete assigned duties and maintain all company standards. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, receiving materials and products, and picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and/or shipping products using forklift and pallet jack. Maintain receiving/shipping logs and ensure sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition. Move materials to the production area using the FEFO standard. Assist the distribution supervisor in ensuring labor is on task, and all quality standards are met. Also, the worker maintains the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse. Workers are required to lift to 50 pounds, walk or stand for most of the shift.

This job operates in a distribution environment. The noise level in the work environment and manufacturing sites can be high.
Physical Demands:
The employee must have the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects using arms, back, abdominal muscles, shoulders, legs, or a combination of these muscle groups to a maximum of 50 pounds.

Machines/Tools Used:
Forklifts, electric and manual floor jacks, computer systems, and other department specific tools. All tools and equipment which are required to be used by the employees shall be supplied and kept under repair by the Employer at no cost to the employee. These items must be kept on the premises. Also includes manual floor jacks, computer systems, and other department specific tools.
