We believe great engineers come from many backgrounds, but you will likely have:

  • Professional experience developing software using C++
  • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about how complex systems work
  • A collaborative mindset and good communication skills
  • A strong commitment to quality in the work you deliver
  • Interest in learning and growing as part of an experienced engineering team

Experience with games, gameplay systems, or large codebases is a plus, but not required.
