Join our Beauty & Wellbeing business and help shape growth across four dynamic markets (PTAB – Pakistan, Turkey, Arabia, Bangladesh). As Finance Performance Analyst, you will turn data into decisions, guide planning and performance conversations, and modernize how we report, forecast, and allocate resources. Your work will directly influence how we grow, where we invest, and how we deliver value to consumers and customers.

JOB PURPOSE

You’ll work closely with country finance leaders and cross functional partners in marketing, supply chain, procurement, and customer development—gaining broad exposure and a genuine platform to learn and progress.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the rhythm of performance: Run planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles; keep our trajectory on track and our assumptions grounded in reality.
• Bring clarity to results: Track financial performance, explain drivers behind variances, and recommend actions that improve growth, margin, and cash.
• Tell the story with insight: Build clear, visual materials for monthly and quarterly reviews; present recommendations that influence senior decisions.
• Strengthen reporting: Partner with reporting teams to ensure on time, accurate, and meaningful measurement of key performance indicators.
• Shape the future plan: Support long term financial plans with country finance leaders and the regional Beauty & Wellbeing leadership team.
• Coach the business on value: Partner with commercial teams to improve pricing and mix, raise the return on investments, and make trade spending more effective.
• Simplify and automate: Spot opportunities to streamline processes; work with data and analytics colleagues to automate reporting and build reusable dashboards.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, performance management, or commercial finance.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools; confidence working with enterprise resource planning and reporting systems.
• A track record of partnering across functions, managing projects end to end, and improving processes.
• A practical, action oriented mindset with clear communication and the confidence to challenge and influence.
