Main Responsibilities

The B&W Deputy Social Commerce Manager (TIktok) leads end-to-end store management and demand stream (affiliates & livestream) execution by managing product-promotion strategy and delivering high impact affiliate & livestream activations to drive GMV and conversion. The role ensures all store-related assets are well organized, compliant, and activation-ready, while enabling effective affiliate & livestream execution to drive engagement, conversion, and sales.

1. Store Ownership & Asset Management

  • Own and grow the relationship with Tiktok & external agencies.

  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive sales, profitability, online visibility, and market share

  • Oversee daily store operations including shop maintenance, inventory control, budget management

  • Analyze performance data, consumer insights, and competitor movement to identify growth opportunities

2. Affiliate Management

  • Support TikTok affiliate execution by actively acquiring new affiliates, nurturing affiliate community, managing top creators, and supporting day to day content and campaign activities.

  • Maintain affiliate trackers and reports to monitor active affiliates and performance, flagging issues and opportunities to support growth in active creators and GMV

3. Livestream Activation Support

  • Understands the end to end livestream flow including product pinning, vouchers, flash sales, chat management, and real time monitoring.

  • Works closely with hosts, KOLs, or agencies to ensure strong product knowledge, selling flow, and on brand delivery

4. Quality, Compliance & Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform specifications.

  • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain accuracy, consistency, and relevance of content.

5. Cross‑functional & External Collaboration

  • Work closely with Brand, dCommerce Operation Team, Content, Category, Media, and Supply teams to align priorities and timelines.

  • Coordinate with agencies, livestream hosts, and platform partners to manage asset updates and needs.

6. Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and optimize governance, workflows, and best practices for content and livestream activation.

  • Identify opportunities to improve asset efficiency, scalability, and livestream effectiveness.
