About the Role

Join Moonpig as a Buying & Operations Assistant supporting our growing USA business. Based in London with hybrid working, this role sits at the heart of our gift range—ensuring the right products are available at the right time to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Working closely with the Head of International Buying, you’ll manage day-to-day product operations, from onboarding new suppliers to optimising stock levels and supporting product launches. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, evolving environment—ideal for someone highly organised, commercially curious, and excited to build a career in buying and supply chain.
