Position: Buyer
Work You’ll Do:
1.严格执行采购制度及相关规定。熟悉所需物料的性能、作用、规格型号
2.严格按采购计划进行日常采购，核实物料库存情况，确保采购物料按期、按质、按量完成。
3.对采购计划存有异议时及时反馈生产部门，保持沟通。
4.采购物料发生品质异常时，及时记录并反馈供应商，负责办理退货或扣款事宜，并采取纠正措施，跟踪结果。
5.对供应商多次质量问题或未纠正的反馈上级领导及时处理。
6.供应商资料、采购文件等档案归档管理，条索清晰正确。
7.负责与供应商定期对账，保证往来账目清晰准确。
8.按计划跟催采购物料到货情况并需及时通知有关部门接受，保证货物与送货清单无误。
9.熟悉常规模具零配件及刀具品牌
10.能看懂图纸，了解加工件的工艺流程
11.上级领导安排的其它工作事项。
Basic Qualifications:
1.熟练使用办公软件，熟悉 SAP系统
2.熟悉注塑模具，懂机加工或注塑模具标准件
3.具有严谨的行为规范，坚持采购原则
4.熟悉采购管理知识及相关采购谈判技巧
5.工作积极热情，责任心强，具有一定的沟通、协调能力，良好的团队合作精神，积极主动
