As a Buyer Specialist, you will be managing sourcing activities, supporting supplier interactions, and ensuring competitive procurement for our product lines. You will be coordinating RFQs, negotiating terms, and placing accurate and timely purchase orders using company tools and ERP systems.

As a Buyer Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Managing supplier setup and changes in ERP and supporting daily supplier tasks
• Managing RFQ requests through iSupplier and providing required documents
• Managing competitive bids across suppliers using electronic tools
• Placing purchase orders using ERP and initiating qualification processes
• Managing Blanket POs, renewals, and preparation
• Making accountable and on‑time PO placement for assigned products
• Updating ERP with documents required for PO approval
• Analyzing supplier promise dates and supporting FPQ prioritization

To be successful in this role you will have:
• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent
• Have proven experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, or Commercial roles
• Have fluency in English
• Have strong negotiation skills
• Have high motivation and a self‑starter mindset
• Have strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Have a valid EU work permit
• Have strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Have the ability to lead complex initiatives
