EMEA S&P Buyer (Warszawa, hybrid)

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Implement the Annual Sourcing Plan for assigned accounts/projects.
  • Execute sourcing strategies and support regional procurement initiatives.
  • Lead and support all expense sourcing activities; negotiate with suppliers for goods and services.
  • Manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs), including process coordination and supplier evaluation.
  • Conduct e-auctions and electronic RFPs through the Bravo system.
  • Proactively manage risk by collaborating with Compliance and Risk teams and embedding best practices.
  • Provide purchasing support to Operational and Finance teams.
  • Assist with the execution and feedback of regional sourcing programmes.
  • Oversee the Strategic Sourcing Audit program, ensuring compliance with JLL standards.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) in Supplier Performance Management systems.
  • Support supplier performance reviews and QBRs as needed.
  • Conduct commercial analysis and due diligence to support savings initiatives.
  • Track, report, and deliver savings, including hard savings, cost avoidance, and value-add projects.
  • Deliver ad hoc procurement and buying activities as business needs arise.

Additional Duties

  • Collaborate with SPOCs, SMEs, and key stakeholders.
  • Support VDM team on supplier directory, compliance, and capability mapping.
  • Share market intelligence and supplier feedback for Category Management.
  • Drive Preferred Supplier List (PSL) alignment.
  • Contribute to supplier diversity identification and initiatives.
  • Support CSD unit projects to improve efficiency and team well-being.

  • Stakeholder and client feedback
  • Client KPI audit results for Sourcing & Procurement

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong end-to-end RFx (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and procurement process understanding.
  • Analytical, financial, and commercial skills for transparent cost evaluation.
  • Ability to present results clearly for internal sign-off.
  • Skilled in savings identification, analysis, and tracking.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • High attention to detail and contract cost analysis.
  • Competency in procurement process and requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Accountable, organized, and aware of organizational context.

Technical & Language Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal English (required)
  • Additional Western European language (required)
