Location

Nabari city, Mie, Japan.

Direct report to

Purchasing manager in NAB

Job Description

• Commit to flawless launch of projects.
• Drive cost reduction activity of existing parts.
• Negotiation with suppliers and decide suitable suppliers and cost.
• Develop new supply source.
• Work with other region report units and global team in English.
• Monitor supplier’s risk such as financial status, manufacturing capacity etc.
• Support administrative work.

Skill Requirements

• Japanese capability with business level
• Computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other tools)
• English capability of writing and reading to be able to communication with global team/overseas suppliers

• Positive and open mindset
• Flexibility to coexistence of Global strength and Local accountability

Other Requirements

• Domestic/overseas business trip
• Time flexibility (Sometimes conference call at night in Asian time)

Experience

• 5 years or more in NAB (for knowledge of customers/products)
• Engineering experience is preferred to accelerate VA/VE

Education

• Bachelor’s degree
