Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support regional implementation of Coupa, our indirect purchasing system, and increase the adoption of indirect catalog technology
  • Provide supplier technical support of e-procurement tools used by Cooper Standard
  • Manage supply base with respect to their ability to provide products and services in accordance with the organization’s business requirements, cost parameters, terms and agreements
  • Generate spend reports and provide data analytics in Excel
  • Develop and sustain relationships with key internal and external customers
  • Support the resolution of critical supply chain issues and maintain supplier relationships

 

Education and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or related field.
  • Professional Experience: minimum 1 year
  • Knowledge of Foreign Languages: Fluent English.
  • Additional Language Skills: French and / or German
  • Technical Skills: Strong with Microsoft Excel,
  • IT Systems Proficiency: SAP will be additional value
  • Analytical Thinking: strong problem solving and analytical skills to gather and interpret information.
  • Motivation and Commitment:  Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interpersonal Skills:  Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
