What We’re Looking For
The Restaurant Busperson supports efficient service by maintaining clean, organized dining spaces and assisting servers throughout the guest experience. This role contributes to a welcoming environment where guests feel cared for from start to finish.
Who You Are

Organized and proactive in anticipating service needs
What You Will Do
Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly
Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus
Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests
Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, service stations, and tray stands
Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary
Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety
Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments
Assist with restocking items needed during service
Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period
Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached
Perform other duties as assigned
Your Experience Includes
Required:
Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes, and supplies
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Preferred:
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
