Business Transformation and Change Management Lead, Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

1. Develops, implements, and monitors master change and communication plans. Contributes expertise and leads a business engagement plan, including ways of assessing readiness and feedback.

2. Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior change management experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy.

3. Communicates business transformation and change management status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.

4. Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.

5. Provides oversight across communications and change management activities identifying possible integration opportunities. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years related work experience.

  • 1 year of business transformation and or change management experience.

  • Stakeholder management experience

  • Project Management background

  • Proficient in the Multi-Media space (Videos, Marketing materials, Branding etc...)

  • Experience with a large organization change management process workflow's.

Preferences:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
