Job Description

Motorola Solutions is implementing Coupa for Indirect Procurement globally. We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to join our Enterprise Core Technology group to support and enhance Coupa's Indirect Procurement and Risk Assessment modules worldwide.


Role Overview
As a Business System Analyst, you will oversee the transformation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Coupa platform, aligning with procurement and finance business needs. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to implement Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Onboarding, and Risk Assessment processes, leveraging your Coupa expertise to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SIM, Core, and CRA processes (80% functional, 20% technical).

  • Oversee catalog management, project/non-project procurement, approval workflows, supplier collaboration (CSP, cXML, SAN), and accruals.

  • Administer integrations between Coupa and systems like Oracle ERP, Vertex, Workday, and ServiceNow.

  • Troubleshoot and debug system issues, providing clear business-level insights on root causes and solutions.

  • Drive process simplifications and adopt best practices to enhance user experience.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across US, EMEA, and other regions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa P2P, SIM, Core, and CRA modules, including Oracle ERP integrations.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


Target Base Salary Range: $110,000 USD - $125,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years of Procure-to-Pay and IT experience

  • AND 2+ years of Coupa experience

  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract.
