Business Systems Analyst Intern

Quezon City Part time

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and supporting business systems under the guidance of senior analysts.

  • Participate in troubleshooting activities and learn how to debug applications in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Observe and contribute to investigations of SQL stored procedures, VBA macros, and Java scripts for minor fixes or enhancements.

  • Gain exposure to job scheduling tools like CA Workload Automation by shadowing experienced team members and performing supervised tasks.

  • Help document findings, create simple knowledge articles, and support testing activities.

  • Learn best practices in continuous improvement and system support processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently taking up bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related courses.

  • Enrolled in an internship program under an MBPS Campus Partner


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of MS SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Shell, PowerShell, UNIX), and programming concepts.

  • Familiarity with job scheduling tools or willingness to learn (e.g., CA Workload Automation).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to enterprise systems and automation tools.
