Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst (BA/QA) to play a dual role in ensuring software solutions meet business needs and are delivered with high quality. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and operations teams across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements discovery through validation, release, and operational readiness. In addition to traditional BA and QA responsibilities, this role includes structured training and hands-on participation in PosterGuard workflow processing to ensure a strong understanding of downstream operational impacts.

Your Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, and pain points
Lead requirements discovery and document clear, testable business and functional requirements
Act as a liaison between business users, engineering, QA, and operations teams
Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Validate delivered solutions against acceptance criteria and business expectations
Identify, document, and track defects, and partner with developers to confirm resolution
Participate in PosterGuard workflow training and apply operational knowledge to testing and validation
Support UAT execution, release validation, and post‑production issue triage
You Must Have:
Understanding of posting requirements and regulated posting workflows
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
Hands‑on experience performing quality assurance testing, including functional and regression testing
Experience executing or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ability to identify, document, and clearly communicate software defects
Experience validating software against real‑world business or operational workflows
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and traceability between requirements and testing
Comfort working cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and operations teams
Ability to learn and apply operational processes to system validation and release readiness

Prior Business Analyst experience
Prior Quality Assurance experience
