About This Role:
The Business Systems Administrator supports and maintains Crexi's go-to-market technology stack, with Salesforce CRM as the primary platform. This role is responsible for system configuration and administration, data integrity, integration support, reporting, and cross-functional systems execution. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, the Business Systems Administrator ensures that GTM systems are reliable, accurate, and efficient in support of business operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manages day-to-day administration of Salesforce CRM, including configuration, customization, user management, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Administers and maintains connected GTM platforms including Outreach, Gong, and other sales engagement or revenue intelligence tools.
- Supports and troubleshoots integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, ensuring reliable and accurate data flows.
- Manages day-to-day ETL tasks and data pipeline tooling to support timely and consistent movement of data across the GTM stack.
- Collaborates with Engineering and Revenue Operations to support custom backend integrations and system development initiatives.
- Maintains data governance standards, including deduplication processes, field mapping conventions, and data hygiene best practices as established by RevOps leadership.
- Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce and connected platforms to deliver actionable insights to RevOps and GTM stakeholders.
- Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
- Supports planning and execution for system upgrades, new tool rollouts, and cross-platform integration projects.
- Administers AI and automation tooling within the revenue technology ecosystem in support of RevOps initiatives.
- Monitors the lead-to-cash process to ensure systems accurately capture and track the full revenue lifecycle.
- Maintains detailed documentation related to system configurations, integrations, processes, and change management activities.
- Provides regular updates to Revenue Operations leadership on system performance, data trends, and ongoing initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Revenue/Business Systems role, with demonstrated experience supporting a broader GTM tech stack.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certifications are a strong plus.
- Experience administering GTM platforms such as Outreach, Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo, or comparable tools.
- Familiarity with APIs, native connectors, and ETL/data pipeline tooling to maintain clean, reliable data flows across systems.
- Experience following data governance practices, including deduplication, field mapping, and hygiene standards.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate operations is beneficial.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce administration, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and automation tooling.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to build reports and dashboards that surface actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Technically versatile, with comfort working across system configurations, API integrations, ETL pipelines, and backend workflows.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy, system reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues and implements effective, practical solutions.
- Collaborative approach to cross-functional work, partnering effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering.

The California base pay range for this position is $105,000 to $145,000 per year with eligibility for bonus, equity, and healthcare insurance. The total compensation package offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, job-related skills, job level, and geographic location.
