SAP Superuser role
    Support SAP implementation from business point of view in GO
    Maintain SOP
    Process improvements on site
    Standardization of SAP processes in GO
    Continuous trainings for key and end users
    Ensure compliance in SAP business processes
    Error handling
    User administration, managing authorization role requests
    Handle new business requirements
    Support Group IT projects (e.g.: SAP upgrade, new GUI, etc.)
    Handling of mass transactions, LSMW
    Support different projects (Logistics, WH, QA, Engineering, procurement, or production line transfers)

Global Process specalist role
    Standardizing processes across Planning, Logistics, Materials Management, Shipping, Manufacturing (which links to SAP) and Enterprise Resource Planning at Global operation
    Harmonization among all business units
    Documenting details of AS IS business processes and traits
    Eliminating difficulties users face in their daily routine of operations
    Developing TO BE business processes in alignment with the company’s culture, environment, legal requirements and processes
    Monitoring the performance, effectiveness and efficiency of specific core business processes
    Identifying, documenting and testing new scenarios
    Accounting for final business process design
    Standardizing processes related to SAP across all business units in Global Production and toward other areas like Global Supply Chain, Procurement, Global Quality, Global NPI.
    Focusing on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals
    Ensuring that business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals
    Monitoring and follow up how the specific areas follow the standard processes as agreed
    Achieving business benefits
    Maintaining close relations to other key stakeholders
