Position Responsibilities:
Verify and validate business application functionality against business requirements.
Develop clear and structured test cases based on the current application and business scenarios.
Execute unit tests and coordinate / support user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
Assist business users in preparing UAT scenarios, test cases and test data, and track defects to closure.
Ensure a smooth and successful technical production launch, including go‑live readiness checks.
Support post‑production validation and issue triage, working closely with IT and business teams.
Gather, analyze and document business requirements (BRD, user stories, use cases, process flows).
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT / development teams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings, aligning multiple stakeholders and managing expectations.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
Good understanding of SDLC and project delivery in an IT environment
Hands‑on testing experience (test case design, execution, defect tracking); UAT coordination experience is a strong plus.
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and end‑to‑end
Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good stakeholder management, facilitation, organization and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Insurance / compliance services experience is a plus
