Minimum Requirements:
Must be enrolled in a university or college recognized in administration or other related field of training, and must return to school full-time after their internship
A copy of the transcript must be attached to the application for consideration
Fluency in French, both oral and written and proficient in English
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
Participate in the development and implementation of new training courses and processes
Logistical and administrative support for internal courses and corporate initiatives
Filing, tracking, archiving and digitization of training and performance documents as well as reports - suppliers and employee files
Offer time off support to trainers
Participate in the onboarding process for new employees during the summer period
Participate in the development of new training materials for new employees
Layout and revision of training materials
Compilation of regular contractor training in the training management system (LMS)

This is a 4-month work placement starting in May 2026
You will work at our Montreal refinery, located at 11701 Sherbrooke Street East
Normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
