What You Will Do:
We have an opening at our Component Solutions facility in Muskegon, Michigan as a Business Support Specialist. In this role, you will lead and optimize the core management process by driving strategic initiatives, resolving cross-functional issues, and delivering data-driven results. To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytic and system knowledge as you will be a key player for the PW Component Solutions SAP/S4 HANA transformation, ensuring system data integrity, security compliance, and contributing to process improvement.
As part of the business services team, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and be comfortable working across departments independently and on a fast-paced team to solve complex problems and execute on competing priorities. Regular hours for this role would be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end core management process, drive strategic initiatives to reduce aging owed cores, optimize core returns, and ensure alignment with financial and operational targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to resolve escalations, streamline core charge processes, and provide actionable insights to senior management through data-driven reporting and analysis.
Championing the S4 Hana transformation by assisting with blueprinting processes, maintaining documentation, developing testing scripts, and coordinating data cleansing efforts to prepare for system conversion.
Drive SAP system data integrity by analyzing user issues, managing escalations, and routing to the appropriate process owners or technical teams. Ensure SAP security compliance requirements are met through annual reviews and assist with issue identification and resolution under guidance from functional or technical leads.
Spearhead DT/IT/AI projects including S4 Hana by analyzing SAP data, performing testing across multiple ERP systems and improving processes through collaboration and testing efforts.
Perform support of boundary systems used by PWCS: ILS, VRC file storage, Ariba, and perform other miscellaneous business support duties as assigned by the manager.
Provide backup coverage for Pratt BSS team members.
Proactively seek out opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of SAP and customer or ERP system support experience, or related experience in a similar role; OR, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED Equivalent with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer

Proficiency with SAP implementations
Prior experience with SAP S4 Hana
Prior experience in ERP system testing experience
Proficiency using MS Excel, Power BI and VBA
Prior experience in Project Management
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong analytic and complex problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to follow-through on commitments in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
