The Business Support Specialist II drives network growth by proactively contacting clinics, validating service offerings (e.g., onsite and after-hours testing), and qualifying providers for contracting—even when there is no existing clinic client business. This role ensures our network view is accurate and actionable, surfaces high-potential clinics, and seamlessly hands off opportunities to Sales for full installs. Success is measured by verified clinic data quality, qualified pipeline creation, and efficient collaboration with Sales, Network Operations, and Manila support teams.

What You’ll Work On

Outreach & Provider Qualification

  • Conduct structured outbound outreach (phone/email) to clinics to confirm:
    • Current services (onsite, after-hours, brick-and-mortar vs. mobile/onsite-only).
    • Capacity, coverage areas, and service hours.
    • Readiness and interest in contracting with/ without clinic client business.
  • Use standardized qualification criteria to determine next steps: contracting or Sales handoff for full install.
  • Educate clinics on value proposition, onboarding expectations, and basic implementation steps.
  • Identifies exceptions and escalation scenarios and develops informed recommendations for leadership review and approval, in alignment with the role’s defined scope and authority.

Network Accuracy & Cleanup

  • Identify clinics with no volume in the past 12 months and validate status (active, inactive, disabled for scheduling).
  • Recommend cancellation of non-performing clinics to maintain a true network view.
  • Track service changes (start/stop of onsite or after-hours testing) and update systems accordingly.

Pipeline Management & Sales Handoff

  • Create and manage a clean pipeline of Qualified and Sales-Ready clinics.
  • Prepare handoff packages for Sales including:
    • Verified contacts, services, and readiness notes.
    • Opportunity context, decision-makers, objections, and timing.
    • Any required follow-ups or scheduling requests.

Data Integrity

  • Maintain accurate records: Call outcomes, service flags, and next actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to align qualification criteria and cancellation thresholds- recommend changes to your manager.
  • Coordinate with the Manila team on call lists, scripts, QA, and throughput goals.
  • Escalate complex provider scenarios (contract terms, compliance risks) to the appropriate team.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong phone presence and professional written communication.
  • Proven ability to qualify prospects using structured criteria.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word) and Salesforce.
  • Data integrity mindset; comfortable managing lists and pipeline stages.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in provider outreach, network development, sales development, or healthcare operations.
  • Experience with clinic/provider networks, scheduling/coverage models, or healthcare contracting.
  • Familiarity with call scripting and objection handling.

The base pay for this position is

$50,700.00 – $101,300.00
