- Be responsible for the daily inspection of the exhibition hall, timely identify and report problems such as facility and equipment failures to the repair team, and exhibit damages to ensure the normal opening of the exhibition hall.
- Follow the exhibit maintenance plan for the exhibition hall, regularly clean, maintain, and update exhibits to ensure the display effect and information accuracy of exhibits.
- Be responsible for the safety management of the exhibition hall, including fire safety inspection. Cooperate with the building’s safety regulations and process.
- Manage the materials in the exhibition hall, establish an inventory account, register the in and out of materials to ensure sufficient material supply and rational use.
- Coordinate with the client's exhibitions, customer receptions, new product launches, and other activities, participate in the exhibition hall layout, and exhibit display adjustment to ensure the quality of exhibition hall services during the activities.
- Maintain communication with various internal departments of the company (Administration, CCD etc.) and timely obtain the client's latest information and product dynamics to ensure that the exhibition hall display content is updated in line with the company's development.
