This role supports the Alternate Distribution, MILL, and Partnership Business channels by managing partner enquiries, preparing sales quotations, and handling monthly reports and commission payments. It also assists with product launches, campaign coordination, and business analytics, ensuring accurate submissions for rewards and payments. In addition, the role contributes to system improvements through user acceptance testing for the Banca electronic point-of-sale platform
Position Responsibilities:
Handle case enquiries from alternate distribution partners
Manage Monthly Premium Listing & commission payments for Alternate Distribution partners
Assist in preparation of sales quotation for MILL partners.
Assist team on product launches, implementation and campaign management & analytics.
Assist reporting team to manage reports for Banca, FA and MILL
Perform UAT for Banca ePOS
Prepare monthly commission reporting & payments for MILL partners.
Prepare campaign reports and payment for customer and bank rewards to be submitted to Finance, monitor payment as provide update to partners.
Required Qualifications:
Min 2-3 years of insurance experience
Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point & Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree Holder (Finance, Actuarial, Statistics)
Able to Communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
