Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Support

  • Manage the central information desk and provide assistance to mall visitors with inquiries, directions, and general information

  • Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency

  • Coordinate lost and found services and maintain accurate records

  • Assist with wheelchair and stroller rentals, gift card sales, and promotional activities

  • Support special events, marketing campaigns, and tenant promotions

Tenant Relations

  • Serve as liaison between mall management and retail tenants for operational matters

  • Process tenant service requests and coordinate with relevant departments

  • Distribute communications, notices, and updates to tenants

  • Assist with tenant move-ins, renovations, and operational changes

  • Maintain tenant contact database and communication logs

Operational Support

  • Monitor and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and security incidents

  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams

  • Manage parking validation systems and access control procedures

  • Assist with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols when required

  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident reports

Administrative Functions

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and operational documentation

  • Process invoices, work orders, and service requests

  • Support lease administration and tenant billing inquiries

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
