Business Support Coordinator

Humana is looking for a Business Support Coordinator who will support the certification process for Adult Family Homes (AFH) for Wisconsin's Long Term Care program (Inclusa). Reporting to the Associate Director of Network Operations, you will follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely clerical support. You will perform basic administrative and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities-

  • Gather, compile, and verify information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
  • Provide data entry of provider contacts and documentation into business systems.
  • Coordinate activities related to annual AFH certifications.
  • Code and sort documents to be accurately processed or filed.
  • Make standard calculations to compile and report statistics.
  • Respond to, or redirect, routine inquiries from external or internal sources about our company, its activities, or processes to ensure callers/visitors are answered promptly.
  • Perform other routine administrative activities according to our established procedures. These activities may include answering telephones, taking messages, photocopying, filing, and operating office equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support with data entry experience.
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Work the hours of 8-430 in CST

Preferred Qualifications

  • Reside in the State of WI or neighboring state
  • Prior experience working in long term care programs (family care, family care partnership, IRIS, PACE).
  • Ability to type 50-55 words per minute
  • 1 year of customer service experience, specifically speaking directly with customers.

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
