Job Description Summary

The Business Support Associate – Advisory Consulting will provide end-to-end operational, research, marketing, and analytical support to the Advisory+ team in APAC. The role works closely with consultants, directors, and corporate service teams to ensure high-quality client deliverables, effective proposal management, strong knowledge systems, and smooth day-to-day operations

About the Role:

  • Supporting pitch and proposal development, including formatting, proofreading, document assembly, and managing large or complex tenders.
  • Creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations, proposal templates, case studies, credentials, and consultant profiles.
  • Assisting with marketing and communications initiatives, including thought leadership content, LinkedIn updates, website content, and brand compliance.
  • Conducting desk research on industries, companies, markets, projects, and sites to support client engagements and business development.
  • Cleaning, analysing, and presenting data using Excel, and supporting dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau preferred).
  • Managing internal knowledge repositories, document version control, and shared drives.
  • Coordinating learning and development activities, onboarding documentation, and training records.
  • Providing administrative and project coordination support, including minute-taking, workshop logistics, and ad-hoc business support.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational standards.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in a business support, consulting support, or professional services role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM tools, Canva, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams and time zones.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
