As a Business Support Associate (Systems) in Kainos, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative services and processes that support the core business at Kainos.
You will be accountable for delivering high quality work in line with company policies and process guidelines. You will be working as part of a team to effectively deliver support to the core business.
Primary responsibilities Include:
• License Management
• Supporting the allocation of required licenses by adhering to internal guidelines and helping to troubleshoot any related problems.
• Evaluate user and role requirements to assign the most appropriate licence types.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all licence assignments, changes, and removals.
• Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes by provisioning and de-provisioning licences efficiently and securely.
• Periodically review licence usage reports to ensure efficient utilisation and identify unused or under-used licences for reclamation.
Minimum (Essential) Requirements
• Ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes
• Strong track record of delivering administrative tasks effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Thrives under pressure while maintaining composure and productivity.
• Ability to complete tasks within deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Good verbal and written communication skills with both staff and external stakeholders
• Be amicable and approachable with a mature, collaborative style
• Highly flexible, including willingness to work flexible hours at peak times.
Desirable Skills
• Experience with Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent.
