Associate's degree required; will accept 3-5 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree
Previous leadership experience preferred
Previous cardiology experience strongly preferred
The Opportunity:
Manages specific administrative functions related to the operations of the clinic as assigned. Departments supervised include nonclinical office functions. Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations. Directly supervises 10 or more employees in a clinic with 8 or more physicians and or 30 or more total staff.
