The Business Strategy and Relationship Manager aligns real estate strategy with the goals of business units and executive stakeholders. This role serves as a strategic partner—translating business needs into actionable CREWS plans, enabling proactive engagement, and strengthening relationships across the enterprise. The role requires strong strategic thinking, operational insight, and collaboration skills to guide workplace and portfolio planning in a technology‑driven environment.

Serve as the primary liaison between CREWS and assigned business units to ensure real estate strategies support organizational priorities and growth plans.
Facilitate planning discussions with business and functional leaders to anticipate future space needs and technology investments.
Develop a deep understanding of business strategies and organizational changes to proactively identify CREWS impacts.
Partner with Planning, Portfolio, and Finance teams to integrate headcount forecasts, hybrid work patterns, and site utilization into long-range plans.
Support development of business cases for capital investments, site consolidation, relocation, and modernization efforts.
Collaborate with space planning and workplace teams to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and global design standards.
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, HR, Finance, IT, and cross-functional partners.
Act as a strategic advisor, helping leaders interpret workplace analytics and CREWS recommendations.
Ensure consistent communication, expectation-setting, and updates during planning and project cycles.
Leverage corporate and real estate data to guide recommendations.
Transform complex data into clear narratives and presentations for executive audiences.
Monitor hybrid work, workplace technology, and location strategy trends to inform long-term plans.
Lead cross-functional programs requiring coordination between CREWS, HR, IT, Security, Finance, and business units.
Support enterprise initiatives such as hybrid work evolution, space optimization, and new site openings.
Drive continuous improvement across planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in corporate real estate, business strategy, consulting, or a related discipline.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience presenting insights to executives.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a technology, engineering, or research environment.
Familiarity with Corporate real estate tools
Background in capital planning, site strategy, or large-scale change management programs.
MBA or advanced degree.
The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
