The Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions (FTIS) Business Solutions Team drives innovation and efficiency across the organization. We focus on technical product management, business analysis, and process optimization to support growth. Our team collaborates closely, values knowledge sharing, and offers opportunities to work on impactful projects that shape the future of investment solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
You will develop automated reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
You will manage data quality through testing, validation, and post-implementation support.
You will analyze data and create actionable insights across AUM, revenue, and market costs.
You will document requirements and reporting specifications for clarity and consistency.
You will help oversee market data requests for the FTIS investment organization.
Strategic Responsibilities:
You will coordinate monthly reporting cycles to meet service-level agreements.
You will lead process improvements and recommend optimization opportunities.
You will implement new tools and AI solutions to enhance automation and efficiency.
You will maintain and improve platforms such as Jacobi and FTIS Reference Master.
You will prioritize requests and collaborate with internal and external teams.
Team & Collaboration:
You will partner with business users to design creative solutions.
You will foster collaboration and continuous improvement across FTIS.
Experience & Education:
5+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science.
Experience in data automation and reporting.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot).
Proficiency in Power BI and automation tools.
Familiarity with SQL.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to build strong partnerships across teams.
