Project Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Solutions Architect to join our Investment Systems team. In this role, you will design technology solutions that support investment operations and accounting processes, working at the intersection of business requirements, data structures, and technical architecture. You will be responsible for translating business needs into system designs, creating detailed field mappings and data transformation specifications, and ensuring smooth integrations across PAM, Aladdin, and cloud data engineering components.
What You'll Do
- Design technology solutions to support investment operations and accounting workflows;
- Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed technical specifications;
- Develop mappings and transformation rules across investment systems, including PAM and Aladdin;
- Ensure alignment of solution designs with system architecture and data standards;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements for system synchronization, reconciliation, datasets, and business logic;
- Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions;
- Document detailed functional and technical requirements;
- Work closely with investment operations, accounting, data engineering, and product teams;
- Communicate architectural concepts and project updates;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog definition;
Job Requirements
- Deep knowledge of investment products and asset classes (CMLs, RMLs, private securities);
- Understanding of PAM, Aladdin, Bloomberg, and financial system workflows;
- Proficiency in SQL and JSON; knowledge of Python;
- Understanding of Azure Data Engineering stack (Data Factory, Logic Apps, Databricks);
- Familiarity with Snowflake, system design principles, integration patterns, and security standards;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose scalable solutions;
- Experience in Agile environment;
