Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and maintains liaison relationship with business partners and IT organization to provide effective technical solutions.

  • Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements. Contributes to the business short-and long-term planning sessions and provides direction to ensure understanding of business goals and direction.

  • Assesses clients’ needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities, and may advise on options.

  • Develops and documents business, functional, and non-functional requirements, translating complex business needs into intelligent, data-driven solutions. Defines AI-enabled requirements, where needed, for opportunities that go beyond classic automation.

  • Analyzes customers’ operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements, highlight complexities, manual steps and dependencies in a neutral and constructive manner.

  • Documents current business processes and models, including but not limited to As-Is and To-Be process mapping with stakeholders to capture true end-to-end flows.

  • Acts as a bridge between business teams, operations team, system owners and IT to strengthen collaboration and transparency.

  • Assists in the business process redesign.

  • Provides assistance in business case development (i.e., research, data collection). Facilitates hypothesis-driven discovery and experiments aligned with OKRs.

  • Responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution, develops user test cases, validates test results with IT Operations and stakeholders.

  • Investigates, resolves and escalates problems and develop recommendations for resolution.

  • Identifies need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution. · Ensures that solutions meet defined business needs by validating requirements and outcomes with stakeholders. Monitors and analyzes relevant performance metrics to assess solution effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement where required.

  • Proactively informs stakeholders of risks, issues, and resolutions, and manage expectations to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes.

  • Coaches and transfers knowledge to less experienced team members.

  • Supports Senior Manager in the definition and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to internal initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency. Assists in driving performance monitoring, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the execution of efficiency focused projects aligned with strategic objectives.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

  • Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant technical or business work experience.

  • Requires working knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes.

  • Working knowledge of IIBA principles and practices

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team / group setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, with ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across diverse groups.

  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills with capability to deliver presentations to management

  • Background in Value Stream Mapping and Business Process Management; Lean Six Sigma Belt is a plus. · Understand core concepts of Artificial intelligence and Intelligent Automation components (RPA, workflow/case management, IDP/document AI, process mining, rules/decisioning, and GenAI/LLM use cases)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of PMP2 principles, SAFe and Agile vs Waterfall practices is considered a strong advantage.
