About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Solution Manager with deep operational and business analysis experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) operations and datasets to join our Client Solutions team. In this role, you will lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution definition to support payor clients across a range of PBM use cases, including:

  • Pharmacy Benefit Management data acquisition and payor integrations
  • Pharmacy benefit utilization analysis
  • Cost analysis and financial insights
  • Rebate tracking and analysis
  • Benefit structures and configuration
  • Claims and payment reconciliation
  • Operational processes supporting the above domains

This role requires a strong analytical thinker with hands-on experience in healthcare operations and a solid understanding of the pharmacy data domain. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading business requirements development in a client-facing environment and will excel at cross-functional collaboration and client engagement.

We are seeking an experienced Business Solution Manager with strong operational business analysis experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) to join the Client Solutions team. This role leads requirements definition, solution validation, and client collaboration to support payor implementations and data-driven solutions.

 Your day to day

Client Solutions & Requirements Management

  • Lead client requirements gathering and analysis with subject matter experts
  • Author clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) including acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements
  • Translate client needs into reports, dashboards, data extracts, and analytical views

 Operational & Domain Expertise

  • Apply hands-on PBM and healthcare operations experience, including:
  • Pharmacy data and payor integrations
  • Utilization and cost analysis
  • Rebate tracking and benefit structures
  • Claims payment reconciliation and operational workflows

Solution Validation & UAT

  • Validate delivered solutions against documented requirements
  • Support and coordinate client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in partnership with QA teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Account Management, Program Management, and Sales
  • Contribute client insights to product roadmap and feature prioritization

 

Client Relationship & Enablement

  • Support client engagement and serve as a trusted solutions partner
  • Assist with training internal teams and supporting client implementations

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, solution quality, and client satisfaction

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with healthcare administration software
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to build and manage effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • Ability to multitask and adapt positively to shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address emerging issues
  • Experience contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
