  • Support analytics development by providing domain insights and input for BI solutions and data management.
  • Provide solution expertise from a product/business requirements perspective regarding integrations, system features, and data structures—while also stepping up to provide tactical and strategic direction.
  • Contribute actively in agile product (ERP) development: backlog refinement, prioritization, roadmap planning, and solution validation.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution proposals that keep the end user and required business capabilities in focus.
  • Act as a project resource or workstream lead in major initiatives within Operations.

Who are we looking for?

You are an analytical, curious, and positive person who thrives in a dynamic environment where change is constant and opportunities are abundant. You can shift comfortably between detailed system exploration and higher-level strategic thinking—connecting dots and helping others see the bigger picture.

You enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across organizational boundaries, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You are self-driven, structured, and confident in planning your own activities to deliver high-quality results.

You bring experience from business systems product ownership (BPO), system development, and/or ERP-driven transformation initiatives. You understand integrations, data flows, and processes—and you enjoy working at the intersection of Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
