Summary:
Cencora is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Solution Analyst Lead to support and enhance SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Logistics processes as part of our global ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP SD-LE, Pricing, Billing & Order Management with experience with S/4HANA, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions for large-scale global deployments. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead complex projects in a dynamic environment. This position is located in our corporate HQ in Conshohocken, PA and offers hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP OTC and Logistics solutions, including SAP SD-LE, Order Management, Pricing, Billing modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Configure and customize SAP systems to support order management, Pricing, Billing, transportation, and logistics processes.
Manage integrations between SAP systems and third-party tools using SAP BTP Integration Suite, ALE/IDOCs, and EDI.
Support automation initiatives to streamline business processes and reduce operational costs.
Provide leadership in cross-functional collaboration with FI, MM, and Vistex teams to ensure seamless process integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Lead testing efforts, including unit testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP solutions.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SAP best practices and methodologies.
Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting, including SD-LE, OM, and Logistics processes.
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Logistics modules.
Experience in large-scale SAP implementations and AMS support for global deployment, preferably in the Pharma and Life Cycle industry.
Strong knowledge of SAP SD modules, including configuration and customization.
Expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, EDI, ALE/IDOCs, and middleware tools.
Proficiency in automation tools like ignio and RPA for process optimization.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
Knowledge of global trade compliance processes using SAP GTS is a plus.
Experience with testing tools and methodologies, including manual testing and Q-test.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team / group setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
