Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on nightshift. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
The Global Ops Coe in Manila is a developing team about world class delivery, customer support, driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes, and technology across the enterprise under GM Sales Services and Marketing (SSM) function.
As the leader of the Business Services COE, your role acts as the bridge between upper management and frontline employees. The primary goal is to ensure that daily operations run smoothly, team productivity remains high, and company policies are followed, serving our business partners globally under the SSM (Sales, Services and Marketing) function.
What You'll Do
Manage a team of analysts performing operations various sub-streams of SSM related to the context of business services and operations
Monitor and track daily processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies that can be improved
Address complex customer complaints or technical issues that frontline staff cannot resolve
Relay updates from upper management to the team and voice team concerns back up the chain of command
Establish framework, KPI’s and standards for monitoring operations
Work together with automation and reporting team, IT and other continuous improvement teams in developing standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance customer experience
Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes.
Utilize your process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global projects that impact the results of the company.
Develop and present training materials to a global audience.
Report-out on team’s performance to the leadership on a regular basis.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in leading business operations or related field
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
Demonstrated experience as a people leader
Knowledge with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Strong client service skills, ability to listen and action the voice of the customer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results.
Detail oriented, with strong business acumen, and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project results.
Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques
Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
