Job Description
This role sits within the CBTO Support Administration group, a team focused on partnering with business lines to design, build, and evolve practical solutions that improve reporting, streamline processes, and strengthen controls.
The team’s work centers on:
Developing and maintaining business line reporting, with significant use of Power BI
Modernizing manual or fragmented processes through low code solutions, primarily using Power Apps and other Microsoft Power Platform capabilities
Acting as a trusted partner and subject matter resource to help business teams operate efficiently within a controlled environment
This position blends business process understanding with technical curiosity. It is well suited for someone who enjoys learning new tools, breaking down complex problems, and translating business needs into scalable, supportable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to understand pain points, inefficiencies, and reporting needs
Identify opportunities to improve how work is performed through thoughtful process design and low code solutions
Design, build, and maintain solutions of increasing complexity using Power Apps, Power BI, and other Power Platform services
Support and enhance existing solutions by troubleshooting issues, incorporating feedback, and iterating on design
Continuously expand your technical skill set by learning new platform features, tools, and best practices
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of applicable experience
Applicable professional certifications
Preferred Skills/Experience
Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
Experience building or maintaining reports, dashboards, or analytical outputs (Power BI or similar tools)
Experience working with data, reporting, or business processes
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly and apply them to real business problems
Interest in low code development, process improvement, or workflow design
Strong problem solving skills and a desire to improve how work gets done
Comfort learning technical concepts, even if prior hands on experience is limited
Curiosity, adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to grow

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $70,890.00 - $83,400.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
