RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand and implement global and regional business strategies and execute the business plan
  • Primarily responsible for leading and executing sales activities across the South China market (Guangdong, Hainan, etc.)
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence with regional marketing and HQ, and participate in regional strategy workshops
  • Manage routine business efficiently and actively drive new business development
  • Prepare business reports, conduct sales reviews, and provide quarterly updates to HQ; manage forecasting and overdue items
  • Execute seminars, exhibitions, conferences, marketing activities, and sales tools


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Animal Nutrition or related fields, with 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing in animal nutrition or biochemistry
  • Strong ambition and drive to meet or exceed business expectations, with results‑oriented mindset and strict execution of business strategies
  • Customer‑focused and market‑oriented, with agile business sense and fast response capability
  • Strong communication skills, high initiative, self‑motivation, and willingness to learn new products, applications, and business models
  • Strong learning capability to understand customer applications and translate needs into product performance or new formulation requirements
  • Innovative thinking to identify new business opportunities
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
