Wholesale/Middle Market/ Commercial banking products and services experience
Knowledge and understanding of sales or client support, general banking, or treasury management
Knowledge and understanding of middle market commercial banking
Prior Client Service Officer, Account Manager or Relationship Associate experience
Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Risk and Compliance policies and programs
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Project management/leadership skills
Exposure to Treasury Management Products
Experience/knowledge of BSA AML customer onboarding requirements
Sense of urgency

Pay Range:
Birmingham–Alabama Pay Range: $60,000 - $91,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
