Business Project Senior Advisor – Coverage Review Operations

Responsibilities
• Lead large, complex business initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, project plans, and workflows that guide teams from idea to execution.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess impact, manage risk, and navigate change with clarity and purpose.
• Track progress, outcomes, and return on investment, using data to inform decisions and course-correct when needed.
• Design and sustain repeatable processes that support long-term operational success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point, resolving issues and aligning stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs in a matrixed environment.
• 6+ years experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or prior authorization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in ambiguous or evolving situations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills with a focus on outcomes.
• Strong business, financial, and technical acumen.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing timelines/deadlines.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree (MBA or similar) a plus.
• Knowledge of Coverage Review Operations highly preferred.
• Experience supporting operations, process improvement, or regulated environments.
• Project or program management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Experience applying Agile or similar delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of generative AI and Wrike to enhance project delivery, insights, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
